LONG LIFE
Keanu Reeves writes...
"My friend's mom has eaten healthy all her life. Never consumed alcohol or any "bad" food, exercised every day, very active, took all supplements, never went in the sun without sunscreen and for short periods, she pretty much protected her health. She is now 76 and has skin cancer, bone marrow cancer and extreme osteoporosis.
My friend's father eats lots of bacon, butter, fat, never exercised, was out in the sun burnt to a crisp every summer, he basically took the approach to live life to his fullest. He is 81 and the doctors say his health is that of a young person”.
I also read a similar story like this on TIME magazine about a man that has lived healthy all his life - a bonafide gym rat, ran 3-5 marathons, several decathlon, etc. In fact it was said that whenever he feels pain or unwell, he kits up and goes for a run. But in his 50s fell ill to a disease that might kill him.
What’s my point?
Living a healthy life is crucial but what keeps you healthy goes beyond what you eat and sitting on the couch all day long.
What ensures a long healthy life is the HEALTH of your MIND and TONGUE!
Are you living in I forgiveness, are you constantly in envy, jealousy, strife?
Are you always pessimistic, hoping for the worst, expecting failure and evil or bad things to happen to you?
Ask Job, he has a tale to tell.
Maybe your tongue is unleashed, giving it to anyone that crosses you? Constantly slandering people and wishing the worst to happen to them? Speaking negativities, especially to and on yourself etc
What you THINK and SAY will eventually come to you. And that’s the truth. You ATTRACT everything you think and say!
YOUR MIND AND TONGUE ARE MAGNETS.
And finally, hook up to a better covenant that guarantees a good life here on earth, THE COVENANT OF LIFE. Ask me about it through a DM.

See you at the next one!
