What do i mean by M.A.R.C.H?
No matter how much you pray, fast, confess without acting; your miracle might be elusive. Join me for this short ride as i explain.
What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him?
Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. - James 2:14,17-18 (KJV)
There is something i call the miracle TRINITY. The trinity if you have in place your miracle is assured. They are Hope, Faith & Patience
Hope
Hope represents your expectation, that thing which you want or need to happen in your life. It is your imagination, dreams, visions and goals. This is the raw material with which your faith acts on to produce a miracle. Hope is the intangible, that becomes tangible through application of faith.
Without hope, faith is impotent.
Hope is/are those things you presented to God in January prayers, the things you pinned on your vision board, the things you are constantly dreaming about or fantasising about. They are those things that keep you awake at night, it is where you want to be at the end of this year.
Faith
Faith is the engine, the production line that put together the parts and pieces of your hope. Faith is powerful, especially if you are a believer, because the faith you operate with is the faith of God.
Faith converts the blueprint of hope to a physical structure and a tangible substance. Faith takes a software and produces a hardware, faith takes the immaterial and converts it to matter.
Patience
Patience is what i called M.A.R.C.H.
Contrary to popular belief, patience in the biblical sense is not passive, it is actively ACTIVE!
M.A.R.C.H is Making Articulate, Responsive and Calculated actions of Faith in Haste to put your money (corresponding action) where your mouth (confession) is.
When Moses told the children of Israel to stand still at the bank of the Red Sea (Exodus 14:13), He was awake all night M.A.R.C.Hing:
And Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD caused the sea to go back by a strong east wind all that night, and made the sea dry land, and the waters were divided. Exodus 14:21 (KJV)
The father of faith had his name changed from Abram (high or exalted father) to Abraham (father of many) as a ploy to 'trick' his mind to believe that though barren, he will be the father of many in line with God's promise to him. That is a type of patience through confession.
He was also given objects to help his focus and imagination on the promises of God when God showed him the stars (Genesis 15:5) and the sand (Genesis 22:7). These objects helped his hope on which faith acted on to produce the promise child Isaac.
The woman with the issue of blood confessed (Mark5:28), and took appropriate corresponding action in line with what she believed and confessed (Mark 5:27) and the rest was history. Let's not forget to give the testimony of how God did the miracle just as the woman with the issue of blood did (Mark5:33) and the one returnee leper did when he discovered he was healed (Luke 17:16). They both left Jesus not only healed, but they were made WHOLE.
We need to take a cue from these examples as we M.A.R.C.H into our preferred future this month and year.
That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience (M.A.R.C.H) inherit the promises. - Hebrews 6:12 (KJV)
